IHM vs RFM - What is the difference?
I have had a number of inquiries with regards to the difference between these two forms of massage so I thought I would compare the two here for you:
IHM 30-35 min. treatment done while client is sitting practitioner is standing to give the massage portable, only need a chair 50 massage techniques learned
RFM 50-60 min. treatment done while client is lying down practitioner is sitting for most of the treatment need a massage table 60 massage techniques learned
For both we are working on the same areas: shoulders, arms, neck head, face ears and chakra balance. The Face Massage spends 25 minutes on the face. There are 10 techniques that overlap between these two forms of massage.
