Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands, feet, and ears that correspond to every gland, organ, and part of the body. Through the application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation, removes gritty deposits on the soles (toxin crystals), and helps promote the natural functioning of your body.
Reflexology provides a benefit to all.
